New baby boy

Baby number three is finally here. My water broke last night at 11:30 and we were to the hospital by midnight. Korbyn was born this morning at 4:30 weighing 7 lbs 4 oz, 19 1/2 in long. He is super cute and so far very mellow. Sisters, Kaycee and Karli, were so happy to meet their new little brother and what a joy it was to see the three of them together finally.

Last week I was out of town, so this week I created a two-page layout and in honor of the the "lovely" snow days we received this last week, I decided to highlight some of the fun times the girls had this past winter season. Hopefully we don't get to see more of these snow adventures until next year. Happy Spring! :)

Back to it...

Okay, so new year of course means new resolutions. One of mine is to get back in to scrapbooking my family since, looking back on 2012, I realized I didn't do a single page last year. It's time for me to start documenting my kid's lives and the fun memories we have together. Well, in an attempt to do just that this week, I also discovered that I don't remember the first thing about making digital pages so I'm forced to go back to the basics and remember it a piece at a time. The pages will be slow and simple at first but it's better to start somewhere than not at all, huh? I am planning on one page a week (Photoshop Fridays) so come back here next Friday to see my newest creation. Without further a dew, here is my first page in over a year...

Our little Shepherd...

All the cute little cousins acted out the nativity on Christmas Eve. Kaycee was a shepherd and Karli was an Angel. These title ring true. Kaycee is always leading us around like a shepherd leads her flock and Karli really is alittle Angel.
